PARTICIPATION TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • This exhibition is organized by the MUSEU DEL VERMUT (Vermouth Museum) and the Technical Secretariat of the Centre Europeu de Convencions S.L. (European Convention Centre).
  • The organizing committee of the present exhibition has the power to decide whether the exhibition is authorized to accept or decline any exhibit request.
  • Only the organization has the right to assign the spaces in the documents. Such spaces will be assigned in accordance with some technical considerations.
  • The payment of the spaces contracted will be done by bank transfer as follows – 50% at the contract signature and 50% before June 30, 2016 at the bank account “la Caixa” ES61 2100 0418 4702 0065 9673.
  • The exhibitors who, after paying the total amount, i.e. 100%, waive to take part in the exhibition should inform about it in writing to the Technical Secretariat at least 60 days prior to the opening of the exhibition. In this case, and considering that this information will appear in the documentation and in the graphic materials being published by the organization, the claimant should be refunded 50% of the paid amount. If the waiver is presented after 60 days or is not expressly notified, the exhibitor will loose all rights to any compensation.
  • If, due to any reason, the organization couldn’t offer the exhibitor what has been stated in the exhibition proposal, the latter will only have the right to be compensated with the amount paid or, if appropriate, with the difference between the initial proposal and the final offer, and no compensation whatsoever should be paid for any damages.
  • Any kind of assignment or sublease is totally forbidden without the prior consent from the organization.
  • The organization holds all rights to make any publicity of the exhibition in general, as well as any specific publicity that supports or is located in any non-contracted facilities, structures or spaces.
  • Due to the fact that the EXPO VERMUT REUS is both an exhibition and a tasting event, the tasting ticket will include 1 glass, 3 vermouth tastings and 3 appetizer tastings. For each tasting ticket, the organization will refund the exhibitor 0.30 € per vermouth ticket and 0.50 € per appetizer ticket. Besides this, the exhibitor can sell his/her products directly to visitors in any format or price, and he/she can also offer products or any kind of publicity or merchandising.
  • All infrastructures or materials to be exhibited should be completely ready 5 hours prior to the opening of the exhibition.
  • The products that, due to their nature, might annoy other exhibitors or the public in general, especially dangerous or unhealthy products or these products that might damage the facilities, are totally forbidden.
  • It is totally forbidden to hammer any nails, to paint or to perform any kind of handling which might modify the actual condition of facilities.
  • Lighting of the space in general will be provided / processed by the organization. The basic lighting in each stand consists of an electric panel with a socket and basic power consumption up to 3000 W. Exhibitors who wish so can also contract, if appropriate, an electric panel, a power supply and sockets required to the actual power to be used, in accordance with the present regulations. Such an additional request should be included in the initial contract, i.e. in the contract form.
  • The organizers might inspect the exhibitors’ facilities at any moment, in order to check whether they comply with the regulations in force.
  • Exhibitors should be physically represented all through the exhibition time.
  • Product exhibit is limited to the inside part of the contracted space. Any other kind of publicity in any other spaces in the exhibition is forbidden.
  • The organization is not liable whatsoever for any eventual damages or theft in the facilities or in the objects being exhibited. The theft and/or larceny insurance should be requested and paid by each exhibitor. The organization holds harmless from any eventual risk that might occur to any of the exhibitor’s people, facilities or goods.
  • When the exhibition is over, all materials should be removed within 12 hours at most.
  • If the exhibition could not be held due to any force majeure cause non attributable to the organization, the latter holds the right to keep, in the proportion determined, an amount paid by exhibitors as compensation for the expenses incurred.
  • After acceptance of the contract form, all participants are liable for complying with the present regulations which, due to respect to other participants and in their respective implementation responsibility, stand for the contract requirements.
